The wheels move but they seem to get stuck on the track. The remote handle does not function smoothly but does move into each speed position. The hook that attaches the train and cart together is broken but the wire is still intact. See photos *Please ask questions. *Same/next business day shipping. ***Batteries are not included. The train has been tested and works (see video) however it is a used toy which can have light corrosion around the battery compartment. Please be sure the set the battery correctly. Tip - Sometimes lightly moving the wheels manually can help start the train if it doesn't go on its own.
