This includes the pattern. These are all new fabrics, unwashed and uncut. These are all 44/45" wide. This originally was $126.00. The outside border (on top) is also the inner border (green floral in pattern photo). These are not the exact fabrics to the pattern, please see photo #2 for those fabrics included.
