There are belt loops, but no belt is included with the dress as none was found with it. :-( A thin cord or ribbon in any of the colors would be the perfect accent to complete this dress. Or snip the loops and wear it as a straight sheath. The choice is yours. It is printed on a woven cotton polyester blend material that is soft and smooth, resists wrinkles and is easy care.
