Description: The Two Vanrevels by Booth Tarkington. This edition was published by Grosset & Dunlap. The date on the copyright page says 1902. However, the list of books printed on the back of the dust would indicate this book was published in the mid-late 1920’s. The inscription on the ffep is dated 1927 and would support this. Quite scare in dust jacket. The book itself is in very good condition for its age. The boards are bright red,corners slightly bumped and worn. The spine tips are pushed and a little worn. Top exposed edge of text block is a little dusty. Ffep contains writing from 1927. Pages a little age toned. Otherwise, quite clean. DJ is in good only condition for its age. It is mostly there but has small hole in spine, some rubbing, wear, chips, tears, soiling, spine has age toned, some surface loss, etc. See pictures.
