The twenty-four page Souvenir Book is for "The Story Of Judy Garland", and features pages of photographs of Judy Garland dating from her childhood through the 1950's. The Souvenir Book is inscribed and signed on the title page by John Bubbles. The inscription appears to read: "To Ann, With Best Wishes, John Bubbles". John W. Bubbles was the stage name of John W. Sublett, who was an American tap dancer, vaudevillian, movie actor and television performer. He appeared and performed with Judy Garland during her 1967 concert at the Palace Theatre in New York City, with the two of them together singing "Me and My Shadow". The souvenir program is in great, vintage condition, with no missing or torn pages, no writing on any of the pages (with the exception of the signature and inscription), and minimal soiling and wear (primarily to the covers).
