Included are the 4-discs for Mega Deluxe in the original jewel case, the manual, the inserts, and a bonus disc. The only thing missing would be the cardboard holder, but I'll make sure everything is secured for shipment. Everything is in good condition, showing only light shelf wear to the box on the edges / corners, but nothing major.
