Spine is a rich tooled leather with 22K gold lettering and decoration. . Spine has 3 raised bars. Has 22k gold gilting on all three sides or page edges. The end pages have a Moire silk design. Has its satin ribbon which is still folded as when the book was originally sold. It is in excellent, UNUSED condition. I did not see any scuffs to the leather. The gold gilting is intact on all three sides. There are no marks, tears or folds on any pages. Binding is tight and clean. No writing or markings. Does NOT include THE NOTES FROM THE EDITORS. Franklin Library stopped publishing books in 2000. Since that time, these books have become very collectible. The quality is excellent and beautiful! Wonderful addition to any library.
