Description: This is a 48 volume set of the Romances of Alexandre Dumas. The set consists of 2 separate bindings, and spans 1895 - 1907 in publication years. What seems to have happened is that as Little, Brown published the series, they changed the binding at some point, as the books have the same collection description and seem to be in the original bindings. Books range from very good + condition with some having some minor discoloration on the covers, to near fine with only minor shelf wear. In a dark blue cloth binding are 42 volumes including: - Three Musketeers (2 volumes) - Ange Pitou (2 volumes) - Memoirs of a Physician (3 volumes) - Comtesse de Charny (4 volumes) - The Count of Monte Cristo (4 volumes) - The Duke's Pages (2 volumes) - The Two Dianas (3 volumes) - Marguerite de Valois (2 volumes) - La Dame de Monsoreau (2 volumes) - The Forty-Five (2 volumes) - Chevalier de Maison-Rouge - The Black Tulip - Twenty Years After (2 volumes) - Vicomte de Bragelonne (6 volumes) - The Chevalier D'Harmental - The Regent's Daughter - Olympe De Cleaves (2 volumes) - The Queens Necklace (2 volumes) An additional 6 volume are in a dark green cloth with gilt on the spine and front cover. - The Whites and the Blues (2 volumes) - The Companions of Jehu (2 volumes) - The She-Wolves of Machecoul (2 volumes).
