Hinges/binding are tight/strong. Light age-tanning around perimeters of most pages, but no brittleness. An oil stain on page edges has soaked in about 1/4 inch and visible on about 10 pages. Three pen check marks found on just one page. Otherwise, interior is clean. Collectible.
