SYNOPSIS: A reservation's new doctor masquerades as the legendary Indian god, "the Phantom Rider", to catch a gang looting the reservation, unaware the leader is a phony Indian Agent. This comes on 2 discs with chapter menus in a hardcase with artwork and title on discs as well.. Comes from an original 16 mm film transfer. The quality is good on this hard to find title.
