Description: The Modern Gunsmith 2 Volumes - 1934 1st Edition Set by James Howe - Signed! This is an incredible set I've owned for many years and have referenced many times. This set has been reprinted many many times, but this is the original first edition and signed by Mr. Howe. I've seen the reprints sell for $100.00 and 1st Editions for $300+ Books are in good used condition. Vol. I last 1/3 of pages have some light wrinkles - water stains at bottom and center of pages BUT has little impact on book, i.e. NO stuck pages, mildew damage etc. Slip case has major shelf wear, but it did it's job and protected the books for nearly 90 years.
