It starts with page V so it is missing I, II, III, and IV. ll of the numbered pages are present. Page 9/10 is separated from the binding. All of the other pages are fine. Page VI says "New York September 1941". Because of the condition issues, I am offering this copy for less than half of the prices I have seen other copies sell for on eBay. There were recipes as book marks in the book which I am including as a bonus.
