True, the sequencing is a bit haphazard and the notes leave something to be desired, but as sheer music, this is terrific -- song after song is either a hit, or a song that feels like it was a hit. Fats Domino was one of the most consistently enjoyable singles acts of his generation, and his 45s still satisfy, no matter how they're heard.
