Description: For Sale: Title: THE FLASH Issue(s): #149 Publisher: DC Comics Year First Published: 1964 Note: Kid Flash and Abra Kadabra appearance Condition: This book has been graded by CGC an unrestored qualified 9.6 NM+. The reason it is a qualified grade is because the cover is detached from the bottom staple. I had 5 books from the same high grade, original owner collection come back with popped staples, that didn't have them when I shipped them to CGC so you can bet I'm not happy about that. CGC was also not consistent in how they graded them because some came back qualified while others came back blue labels. Based on the other books with a detached staple that got a blue label this would be at least a 6.5 if not better better (since it is such high grade besides the staple) if you wanted to send it back to get rid of the qualified grade.
