Description: Listed for parts, as it is an older electronic device. However, it was told to me it was working about 15 years ago. The tuner dial is super smooth... plugged in, and tubes light up. One lamp works on the dial (there are two). When turning the dial in FM the signal strength meter moves when going through the dial, leading me to believe that it is receiving. However, no further testing. This is a preamp AND tuner combination. The preamp uses a pair of 12AX7!
