The soft boards have wear - with discoloration, fading, browning, and stains. The edges are torn and chipped. The corners are torn and missing. The spine is torn at the top and bottom and there are tears along the edges. Some water stains/damage. Internally, it is firmly bound with 31 pages. The pages have wear, spotting, foxing, stains and age related browning. Creases and chips on the corners of the pages, and some nicks/chips along the edges of the pages.
