I would grade as acceptable. The book itself has a tight, secure binding with a right lean. The boards are bright, except on the edges where there is some sunning. The interior pages are mostly clean, however there is a brown stain from the front free end page to page 10 from the outer edge to about 1/4" into the interior. The yellow header remains vibrant.
