Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single from The Association titled "Along Comes Mary b/w Your Own Love", originally released in 1966 by Valiant Records. I bought this record used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. There is no original inner sleeve, just a new archival inner sleeve that I provided. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched an upper case "T1", followed by the matrix numbers 1-B/1-D, indicating that early stampers were used to make this record at Columbia Records' pressing plant located in Terre Haute. Indiana. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded between Very Good (Side One and Good (Side Two) because of sleeve marks and hairlines, some of which can be felt with a fingertip on Side Two. I'm play grading this record between Very Good Plus (Side One) and Good Plus (Side Two) because of low levels of surface noise, along with some low level ticking at the beginning of Side Two, none of which over-powers the vocals or the music. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in this condition, especially a Terre Haute first pressing. This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection.
