Description: . By request, popular demand, whatever, here is the Confederate copy of the Federal halter except with no halter squares, rings only. Hand cut, and hand sewn as were the originals of quality American russet harness leather and roller buckles. Included is a leather lead/tie strap. These issue items were fairly common up until replacement by the single ring halter and then the halter bridle for enlisted men. This style remained popular with Confederate officers and were normally privately purchased from the arsenals or makers. A variety of stamps are available, including SELMA ARSENAL and others and can be stamped if the buyer desires. Don't let other horses talk bad about your horse's equipment, get it right so he won't feel depressed on the picket line! (A list can be provided to the winner for their selection.) Would be suitable for use with the three buckle bridle, or officer's bridle sold elsewhere. Most items ship next day via USPS, Paypal please. THIS AIN'T NO MUSEUM, THIS STUFF IS FOR SALE.
