The reverse side of the 1 Baht features a portrait of His Majestys childhood, the portrait of Their Majesties King Rama VIII and King Rama IX on their return to Thailand in 1945, the portrait of His Majesty during his study in Switzerland, the Royal Emblem in Commemoration of the Celebrations on the Auspicious Occasion of the His Majesty the Kings 80th Birthday Anniversary 5th December 2007, the Royal Garuda Emblem, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and the Grand Palace, and the Villa Vadhana in Switzerland.
