The discs will be shipped inside a CD sleeve protectors and then inside a cardboard CD mailer in order to assure there is no damage to the discs. If you would like us to ship the program in a CD jewel case, please let us know. There will be a small charge for this. Condition of Disc(s): Perfect Working Condition. The disc(s) contain wear (we professionally re-surface CD-Roms) and have been fully tested. If you have questions regarding the condition of anything else in the picture, please email me. Will The Programs Work on Your Computer: I have successfully tested the programs on many different Windows’ operating systems; however, due to the large number of systems I cannot promise that the program will work on every operating system. If you would like me to test the program on your operating system, please email [click ask me question at the bottom of the listing] and I would be happy to test it on your system. I usually have luck running the programs in: Windows Compatibility Mode (Already on all Window's machines) XP Emulation Mode (Windows 7 Professional & Ultimate) Dosbox (For operating Dos based games on Windows Operating Systems). I walk you through the above solutions either through Youtube videos, email or over the phone (whatever you prefer) CD Keys: Please be aware that a small percentage of our programs require CD keys. Most programs that come with keys can repeatedly. We make sure to include them with programs that require them (Like Microsoft, Diablo, Doom, Warcraft, etc... programs). If we forget to include it with your disc(s), please email us and we will email the key as soon as possible. Please be aware that we do not verify if keys are still valid. You may need to re-register or re-purchase the key. If you would like us to check if it is still valid, please email us. Shipping Details: Free tracking number on U.S. shipments. All International shipments will include proof of shipment, proof of acceptance at the post office and airport along with the U.S. customs number. The program will be shipped in a cardboard CD mailer and a CD sleeve for each disc. It will not include a CD jewel case. If you would like the program shipped in a CD Case, please let us know. This will add $1 to U.S. shipments and about $3 for shipments outside the U.S. Multiple Item Discounts: If you purchase 3 or more programs from us, we will offer you an additional discount.
