I don't know how the fit will be for a normal plus size 2X/20W/22W. They can Stretch and the Waist has a Back Elastic Waistband, and the Front part can Stretch a little too. The Waist measures 42" and the Hips 48" so maybe this will help You determine if they will fit You Personally. They Do have Belt Loops for You to add a belt, if needed. They Do Not have a Drawstring. The Leg Opening is 9" and they say they have Straight Legs so You will have to decide if this is small or large enough for Your Personal Style. *** Please Check Your Measurements Against Mine.
