Terra & Sky Woman's Size 2X Chiffon Lined Purple/Black SS Stretch Waist Dress

Great poly/spandex blend - sheer poly chiffon in a deep purple and black floral print, full stretch neckline, raglan cut sleeves and fully lined except the above elbow length sleeves - roomy sleeves with loose stretch at sleeve cuffs and a smocked stretch high waist, with black poly stretch lining, dress by Terra & Sky in woman's size 2X (go by measurements below). The smocked stretch waist has lots of give. Pretty, feminine, flowing dress, with one layer (ruffle) towards the bottom. From the top of the shoulder it is 53" to the bottom (midi). 26" across the chest armpit to armpit, relaxed and gives to 30" across. The waist is 22" across relaxed and gives to 30" across.
