This TeraFlex HD Tie Ride and Drag Link Kit is designed for extreme conditions that typically cause factory steering components to bend and fail. Constructed of O.D. 4140 heat-treated chromoly, this HD Tie Rod and Drag Link Kit work in conjunction to eliminate excess movement during hard steering maneuvers. Your new aftermarket HD Tie Rod is 200% stronger than your factory tie rod. The end housing on this tie rod is specifically designed to work with JK Wranglers. Incorporating the same features found in TeraFlex ball joints, this tie rod includes 4140 chromoly ball/stud and 1045 carbon steel housing. Long term durability is achieved by utilizing adjustable pre-load tension. The joint is pressed into the rod end housing and secured with a snap ring. When oriented in the Tie Rod configuration, the joint offers a total of 14 degrees movement to minimize tie rod roll, but will still allow maximum turning. The TeraFlex Steering Stabilizer Relocation Kit is included with this tie rod. Constructed of 1-1/4” O.D., this HD Drag Link eliminates excess movement during hard steering maneuvers to eliminate the potential for damage.
