Description: Up for sale here is this recap kit for the Technics SP-20 turntable. It should work for the SL-01 as well. This includes replacements for all electrolytic and tantalum capacitors in an SP-20 turntable, as well as replacements for most transistors and for the five 5.6v zener diodes. The old capacitors often get leaky, resulting in various issues. This kit includes replacements for all electrolytic and tantalum capacitors on the boards. New capacitors are Nichicon PW, Nichicon KL, and one Supertech axial cap. New transistors are Fairchild/Onsemi. These are high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same parts I use when I work on vintage stereo gear. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but this is a complicated job on a very nice turntable, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron, as well as Deoxit D5 or a similar contact cleaner.
