Description: TECHEF - Frittata and Omelette Pan, Double Sided Folding Egg Pan, (PFOA Free) A friend in Madison Wisconsin served me a wonderful omelette made with a double sided pan, so I decided to buy this one in 2020. I discovered that it does better with more than 2 eggs, which is what I cook for myself. Then I found silicone egg cups and have been making poached eggs ever since. The pan was used only a couple of times, as I got better results with spinach omelettes using an open pan. As they say, hope springs eternal. It certainly does when it comes to me and cooking. This pan measures about 3” tall and 9” long when closed. It is in very good condition. I need a new roof, which was an eye popping and unexpected expense, so I am selling my unused items on ebay. All sales final. Returns not accepted.
