I try to note any significant flaws in the description, and to give a true and honest description with the limited knowledge that I have of various items. I try to include photos of all sides and angles of the items I list so you can make an accurate determination of the condition of each item - but even so, some imperfections may be difficult to see and/or photograph. Unless I make a posting error, the item you see in the photos is the exact item you will receive. If you have any concerns about the condition of an item, please ask before purchasing or bidding - I will be glad to send more photos or re-examine an item and address your concerns. I will NOT knowingly sell a broken or non-working item unless it is listed as such, nor do I have any interest in selling you an item you will not be happy with. I do not normally offer returns, but I do want you to be exceptionally happy with your purchase and my service. **If you are NOT able to receive items thru UPS or FedEx Home delivery, please let me know prior when purchasing. Even if you select USPS shipping, I often review all shipping options when printing labels, and I will ship an alternate comparable way if it saves you money. Shipping overcharges are refunded to you immediately.** More on this below. COMBINED SHIPPING: I will GLADLY combine shipping when I can, please ask if you are interested. It can save money for both of us. Options may be limited depending on whether I have a box suitable for the items you are interested in shipping together. I am not yet familiar with eBay’s combined shipping system, so until I am, we may have to work together to get you the best shipping rate. ALSO: I try my best to ship VERY QUICKLY, especially when I am not working, so please let me know before paying if you are interested in combined shipping so that I won’t print a label and ship your single item too soon. MULTIPLE SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE: I understand that shipping is expensive, but the calculated rate that you see eBay’s negotiated/discounted rate, and is generally quite a bit less that the retail rate. I do not charge handling fees unless otherwise noted in a listing or offer, and I do not make money on shipping; as a seller, eBay charges me fees based on the TOTAL sale price of an item INCLUDING the shipping charge, so lower shipping charges = lower cost to you = lower fees to me. Since the buyer pays postage on most of my listings, two standard shipping options will normally be offered for the buyer to choose from: Economy and Expedited. Generally, economy shipping does not provide insurance and delivery is slower. ALSO, I will gladly check other services at your request (and usually check them prior to shipment) - including USPS Flat Rate, UPS, and FedEx Home Delivery. These are sometimes much better options for larger, heavier items depending on your distance from South Carolina. I MAY CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD FROM USPS to FedEx Home Delivery or UPS IF THAT IS A LESS EXPENSIVE OPTION, and immediately refund any shipping overcharges that you paid. If you are unable to receive shipments from either of these other options, please let me know before shipping. SHIPPING TIMES: My listed items are already packaged and ready to ship. I strive to get your order on the way to you as soon as I receive payment confirmation from eBay. Generally, your items will ship the business day after your payment is confirmed. I do rotate 12-13 hour shifts, including weekends, at a manufacturing plant 50 minutes from my home, and I cannot print your shipping label until I am at home. USPS Carrier pickups must be entered by 2AM for the next business day, and I cannot do that if I am at work or asleep. My local USPS branch closes at 10:45 on Saturday mornings, has no Sunday or holiday pickup, and does not have a mailbox for packages. UPS and FedEx packages are taken to my local drop-off locations (and again, I can’t do this if I am at work), and pickup times from there seem to vary. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Due to the additional costs and risks involved with international shipping, I only offer this option on select items. International buyers please note that import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying. PAYMENT: Payment is appreciated once you agree to purchase an item or accept an offer, and is expected within 48 hours. This helps me to get the shipment prepared and on the way to you faster, while working around the rotating shift schedule and USPS hours mentioned above. PROPS: I sometimes use props such as candy, jewelry, coins, rulers, etc to help show sizes and colors, and these are NOT included in a sale unless otherwise stated in the listing. I sell on eBay as a hobby, and most of the items I list are one-of-a-kind to me, so I am not able to replace them. I pack items for shipment as carefully as I can, while not charging excessive shipping costs. If you receive an item from me with obvious damage not shown in the pictures or description, please let me know so that I can try to offer a solution. Sometimes accidents happen. In case of shipping damage, PLEASE take photos and SAVE ALL OF THE PACKAGING as the carrier will often request to inspect it in order to process an insurance claim. While it has not (yet) happened to me, I have read here that in some instances it may be the responsibility of the buyer to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
