Many of these kits are sealed! Some kits are unsealed but appear new with sealed parts and instructions! We believe the unsealed kits to be complete (unless otherwise noted) but will allow a 48-hour inspection period upon delivery for missing parts. If you discover any missing parts in an unsealed kit, we will accept returns with shipping at the buyer's expense.*** ABOUT USWe are Tattooed Thrifters, a Virginia based couple who loves a good find!
