It is designed to help beginners and novices understand effective part combinations and construction, and to introduce them to the joy of setting up a Mini 4WD car. We aimed for a level of completeness that can be challenged even by those who are hesitant to participate in competitions due to vague fears, and this process includes our efforts to create a more practice-oriented Korean Advanced Pack based on data and know-how gathered over the years from authorized competitions and various private competition sites. From the design of the machine’s settings to the design of the stickers, Tamiya Korea has designed this product to be a drastic image change from the existing geo glider kits. The bold red and black color contrast and the fierce look of the bird of prey as it spreads its wings and soars towards its prey, the sticker design oozes charisma. The FM-A chassis is a front motor unit with advanced aerodynamic themes that – thanks to its center of gravity toward the front – is at home on a whole variety of track types including those with frequent elevation changes. It comes equipped with a low-friction front skid bar, while the chassis underside allows easy access to the motor and quick setup changes. Aircraft-inspired aero side stays allow attachment of a range of Grade-Up parts. The model includes 3.5:1 gears. Envisioned the fierce look of a bird of prey spreading its wings and soaring towards its prey, so Tamiya Korea created the design with a strong color contrast of red and black. It has a 3.5:1 gear ratio, which we choose for top speed on high-speed type tracks. Comes standard with the high-performance Hyper Dash 3-motor, popular in sanctioned competitions. 1.4mm hollow propeller shaft, about half the weight of the stock propeller shaft in the regular kit. It makes for smoother rotation, increasing drive efficiency. To achieve stable cornering at high speeds, rollers were lowered below the plate and also added on top to act as stabilizers. The FRP front wide stays allow the lower rollers to be installed in the proper position without touching the chassis. Compared to the large-diameter barrel tires of the Geo Glider Base Kit, these are medium-diameter, super-hard, low-profile tires that set the center of gravity lower and provide more stability on landing after a jump. A basic brake setup is achieved by attaching 2mm thick blue and white brake sponges to the front and rear. You can change the color of the front and rear brakes, or even use different thicknesses of brakes (sold separately) for a more versatile track setup. In particular, the rear brake stays have a secondary plate that acts as an underguard, allowing the rear wheel to slide down easily when landing after a jump without catching on the track wall. Set includes lightweight, low-friction plastic rollers made of POM resin, which has low friction resistance and high strength. In addition, cap screws with approximately 1.5 times the strength of ordinary stainless steel screws are used on the front and rear roller shafts to ensure that they do not bend easily upon impact and contribute to stable running.
