Description: This is a solid copy of the 1983 45 RPM single "Burning Down The House b/w I Get Wild/Wild Gravity" by The Talking Heads. Sire 7-29565. I purchased this new when it came out and in my possession since. I have listen tested this 45, as I do every piece of vinyl I offer, and I try to be conservative, but using Goldmine standards I will rate the vinyl as VG. Paper sleeve is VG/VG+, with good color and no splits anywhere. Does have my last name on one side of the 45 label from when I was a radio DJ in college. It's 40 years old, but you won't be disappointed by the listening experience. In my record rack for decades, and now ready to join your collection for your listening pleasure! The photos are of the very 45 you are bidding on, not a "similar" item. I will gladly provide further photos or information about this piece until you are comfortable.
