Description: Classic pullover sweater from TALBOTS WOMAN. Long sleeve. The high scoop neckline has a lovely scalloping detail knit in. Fine rib knit at the wrists and hem for a good fit. The fabric is a soft, fine merino wool. 'Not heavy but not flimsy, that drapes beautifully. IMHO, it could easily slip under a jacket. The color is dark navy. If you look quickly, you might think it was black, but put it next to black and you know it is navy. Please make allowances for different color displays on different computer monitors. I try to describe as best I can, but such are my photography skills. Condition: Excellent - EUC - worn one or twice. No rips, tears, stains, pulls, weird smells, etc. It has been carefully stored in a smoke-free, pet-free home. I am helping my sister do a Kondo-style cleanout, and she needs to make some decisions and declutter in her drawers with MANY sweaters. Brand: TALBOTS WOMAN. Size on Label: 2X, but please see measurements below for best fit. Material: 100% merino wool. Hand wash cold, dry flat; or dry clean. Measurements: taken on the garment laid down flat, measuring straight across, i.e. double for bust, and sweep across the hem, etc. There is some "give" to this fine rib knit, but it is not infinite. Please compare these to a similar garment that fits you well.
