There are also running stitches of the same colors throughout. These stitches look hand made. This is a boiled wool cardigan, so It's thick and compact and has a lightly felted look, so no knitted stitches show.The label states to dry clean, I have carefully hand-washed boiled wool garments in the past, with mild soap and warm water, rolling them in a towel to get most of the moisture out, then air drying them flat on a towel until they are bone dry. Measurements: 25" length from nape of neck to hem, arm length 18" from under arms to cuff, chest, 40-42" under the arms. It's a very structured knit because boiled wool can be almost material like and compact.Hard to photograph to show the true colors, the garment is deep grey, with all these colors in contrast, the stitching helping to highlight the colors even more.
