Harvested from the black-lipped Pinctada Margaritifera oysters that thrive in saltwater farms around the lagoons of French Polynesia, these pearls have a playful attraction and a shining appeal. They boast of a luster that gleams from pearl to pearl! The medley of colors in this strand includes whites, blues, copper, golds, pale amber, and different shades of greens. These all-natural Tahitians have not been dyed, treated nor enhanced in any way. This strand is made up of 33 mesmerizing pearls with high luster. Pearl sizes range from 11.2mm to 14.3mm in round/near-round shapes. “AA” Surface Quality grading (60% clean surface with minor flaws on 30% of the surface, and 10% containing deep imperfections). This is a loose strand (temporarily strung only, not knotted between the pearls and has no clasp), and is being sold here as it is. It is approximately 16 inches long. When fully knotted and secured with a clasp, the strand will extend to approximately 18 inches, a traditional princess necklace length that falls at or just below the collar bone.
