This is a value line with a high quality plastic quick release buckle as shown. Personalized Patch included Please give us the name in the paypal message when you pay. Names or words included up to 8 letters. If you need 2 line words, please ask us first through messaging. If you do not give us the name, we will send you a collar without a patch. Shipping time All collars are custom made and obviously the name patch will be custom made as well. They can take up to 4 days to make and they will ship USPS. It is extremely important to order the correct size, always better to go an inch higher as you usually have enough room to down size by a few inches. Materials, Webbing, and Buckles Our buckles range from value line plastic which even though high quality USA made plastic side release, they will break. These are made for dogs that will not chew or heavily pull and play rough with. We cannot be responsible for plastic value line collars that break. If you leave the collar out, a working dog will chew and break the buckle. If you have a working dog that pulls or is in training for drive, a plastic buckle is not suitable. These collars are intended for dogs that do not chew, bite or play hard. They have the same look as our Cobra buckle collars and allow people to purchase them at a value price. There will be no refunds or compensation for plastic buckle activities. Austri Alpin Cobra Buckles are the best buckles available for dog collars, we use them in a matte black color and with regular usage, they can chip and become distressed.
