It is a smooth transition fit to the back of the slide to the mount and red dot. The mount is made of 7075 Aluminum and has a Cerakote flat finish. It comes with 2 ea. 6-32 x.450 Flat head screws to fit the Holosun, Use medium thread lock. Other Red Dots may require a different type of screw! HolosHolosun 407/507K mounting standard is based on the Shield RMS/SMS mounting standard. It is often referred to as its modification. There are two main differences: The two rear sockets are missing on the Holosun 407/507K mounting standard. The two sockets in the front part of the mounting surface are shallower on the Holosun 407/507K mounting standard. The mount is 1.610 long & .950 wide the same size as the 407/507K HolosunIt will also fit Holosun ESP/ESP Carry, Vortex Defender, Romero Zero , Crimson Trace-1550 and others to the S&W EZ with RMSc foot print of the Red Dot having 2 front pegs of .152 dia.
