Author Biography Sulaiman Olusegun Atiku is currently a Senior Lecturer (Human Resources) at Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HP-GSB), Namibia University of Science and Technology, Namibia. He is a pragmatic researcher specializing in Strategic Human Resource Management. His current research area of interest includes; Human Capital Formation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and Advanced Green Human Resource Management Practices. He has over 12 years experience in Higher Education. A native of Lagos, Sulaiman graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a PhD degree in Human Resource Management. His Master of Science degree was awarded in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Lagos State University, Nigeria. His Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree was also awarded at Lagos State University in the field of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He has lectured several courses in his field home/abroad and published many scholarly articles in international journals. He is a member of International Labour and Employment Relations Association (ILERA), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and Institute of People Management (IPM) South Africa. Andrew Jeremiah , PhD, leads the Human Resources Management Section in the Department of Governance and Management Sciences, in the Faculty of Commerce, Human Sciences, and Education at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). He oversees the sections teaching and learning, and research activities. Andrew has served NUST for the past 11 years as a Human Resource Management lecturer and doubles up as a researcher and research coordinator. He has been actively involved in the crafting, designing and implementation of new programmes such as Honours degrees in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations, and the masters degree in Human Resource Management at NUST. Before joining NUST, Andrew served as a Programme Manager in the Department of Higher Education – TVET Section in South Africa, in Cape Town. He also served as a Training and Development Manager at Olivine Industries and Cairns Foods Limited respectively, in Harare in Zimbabwe. Before this, he had served as a Training Officer in the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Management in Harare, and as a High School Teacher under the Ministry of Education and Culture, where he also served as a National Chief Examiner for African languages at Ordinary Level. Andrew holds a Doctorate in Human Resource Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ), Diplomas in High School Teaching and Human Resource Management from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) and the Institute People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ) respectively. Efigenia Semente is the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Human Sciences and Education at the Namibia University of Sciences and Technology. She holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (in Marketing) from the University of Namibia. She holds two masters degrees from renown universities in the UK; a MSc in Marketing and a Master in Business Administration (MBA). In addition, she completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) at NUST and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from UK. Prof Semente holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Marketing (UNISA), a Diploma in Marketing (NUST) among other academic qualifications. Prof Semente is an educationalist, strategic management and a seasoned marketing expert. She has a teaching career in Higher Education and industry experience which spans over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include Marketing, Product Development and Innovation, New Venture Creation and Entrepreneurship, Consumer Behaviour, Customer Care & Relationship Management, Financial Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Digital Marketing, Sales, Events, Retail Marketing, Project Management, Services, Fundraising, Strategic Management and Higher Education practice. Prof Semente has led several Programme Curriculum Development and Revision Projects at Faculty level and managed several industry projects for third stream Faculty income. She has organised several International and National Public Lectures and collaborations, hence, she has contributed significantly to the expansion of the Marketing and Entrepreneurship fields in Namibia through training, curriculum development and revision, and industry collaboration. She spearheads TVET expansion through programme development, accreditation, and collaborations for TVET growth in Namibia as one of the key Faculty. As a senior researcher, she has published vastly in peer reviewed journals. She serves as editorial board member of the Namibia Educational Reform Forum Journal since 2022.
