Black, with look like white splotches (like from a paint brush) all over it. Flares out towards the bottom for extra room in belly and hips. There is a seam across the hip area (not noticeable) and it flares further out from there. From the shoulder to the slightly rounded bottom is 33". 27" across the chest armpit to armpit relaxed and gives to about 30" across. About 35" across the bottom and same give.
