Description: "Angel Face Barbie." #5640 is a very pretty Barbie doll with the SuperStar head mold that was manufactured for Mattel in the Philippines circa 1983. Her body is marked "© Mattel, Inc. 1966 Philippines." Barbie's body remains in sturdy and clean condition. Her knees click into three positions, though in their third position, they tend to gently fall back into their second position. The backs of her knees "bulge" a bit when her knees are fully bent. Barbie's makeup remains "angelic" and full, though her two-toned blonde and brown hair (washed) will require restyling into its original set. Her head is wobbly. Angel Face Barbie wears her original gown with "cameo and hot pink mules marked "Philippines" that may or may not be original to her. Included is her pink compact with makeup that has been used. The skirt portion of her gown is wrinkled and the back of her right lacy sleeve is faintly spotted. Missing is her jewelry. Angel Face Barbie has such a pretty face!
