Some grading notes: touch to top right corner, slight wear with thumb crease middle right edge, slightly soft lower right corner, slight spine stress with several small ticks; Back - slight rounded left corners, slightly dirty, slight wear with a few micro chips bottom edge, tiny tear middle of left edge, touch of overspray middle top edge (does not effect grade per CGC), slight foxing inside cover, white to off-white page (leaning white), cover and centerfold fully attached.
