If you have an item that has been damaged during shipping or you believe that the item was grossly misrepresented in the description and the photos provided in the listing you must let us know within 24 hours of the time of delivery and you also must provide clear photos of what the issue is with your item(s). after 24 hours of delivery, if these requirements are not met, you will void any opportunity to return the item for a refund without paying shipping and restocking fee. ***RETRACTING BIDS*** We will not retract your bid. Ebay allows the bidder 1 hour from the time they placed a bid to retract their bid. That is plenty of time for you if you accidentally put in a bid you didn't want. If their are under 24hrs left on the auction you may not retract a bid at all. Placing a bid on eBay is a binding contract and shouldn't be taken lightly which it tends to for some people.
