The unopened box Includes original packing list of 8/12/24. This is VERY EASY to install yourself. There are two hooks attached to each end of dairy tray/compartment. Just hook into the frame on the door which houses the other shelves. It is like hooking a bookshelf or a kitchen cabinet shelf into the frame to change the height. You will hear a "snap" when the dairy shelf is secured onto the door. There is a liftable floor of a sectional compartment to the extreme right (see pictures) where you can flip the floor up to allow you more space to store taller bottles on the shelf below.
