Description: Stu Voigt is a former a NFL Tight End for the Minnesota Vikings. Voigt graduated from Madison West High School in 1966, where he was an all-state running back and track and field standout. He accepted a football scholarship to the Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison and was a star halfback and tight end. In 1970, Voigt was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings and played in three Super Bowls before retiring after the 1980 season. From 1981 to 1989, he was a color commentator on Vikings radio broadcasts.
