Description: We got a Stihl MS290 chainsaw with an 18 inch bar and chain. This chainsaw starts easy and has good compression (by feeling the pull rope). It is a saw with a few years on it but it still runs like a champ. It shows normal wear for this age of saw but I would classify it as a clean saw. It has lots of life still left in it. The previous owner 'repainted' or 'highlighted' the Stihl letters on the bar cover and the sprocket cover. Seems like it was taken care of.
