This Stihl 028 Fires up nice, idles good FOR THE MOST PART (BUT MAY NEED A SLIGHT CARB ADJUSTMENT) and runs full out strong. THIS IS An exceptional pro homeowner saw with approx 47CC’s and built to last. Preceded the worst of the EPA restrictions now required and has full power at max RPM of 13,300.
