Rows of semi-circular plane-like teeth are chemically etched to extreme sharpness, and diagonal grooves are milled at strategic intervals to minimize clogging. Early samples of these files were quickly snapped up by our R&D guys for testing in their own shops, and they immediately loved them. Features include: Large files remove a lot of wood fast. Use them for roughing-in neck blanks or embarking on that solidbody guitar project. This curved file cuts on the outward face, and is smooth on the back side (and also has "safe" smooth sides).
