STEPHEN KING 11/22/63 COLLECTORS EDITION W/DVD SIGNED BUT MISSING DUST JACKET!

Description: This is one of two special editions of this title published. Two sets of 1000 copies were printed with one set numbered and the other set not. This is the latter and is not numbered. The numbered set came in a clamshell case this one did not. Missing dust jackets are a big deal in the collecting world of books. It's been suggested that it can be 30 to 50 percent of the value. This book is missing its dust jacket so that hurts the value. The book came with a DVD and it is included in its original sleeve in the back of the book. The DVD has been played apparently. The book is signed and because it is a special edition helps authenticate the authors signature. The cover front and back is scratched up, which can be seen in strong light when looked at from an angle. It is unfortunate that the previous owner took little care in preserving this book. It is also unfortunate that the quality of this edition appears to be poor from the start. I suppose the numbered edition may have been better, one would hope. In the end the best feature of this example is the signature and the DVD. UPDATE: I've added more photos to show specific issues better.
