This is a trophy style, solid brass buckle with detailed artwork and darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals back in the 1970s. The ribbons have not been engraved. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have a nice patina and some wear and tear from age and use. This buckle measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3.3 oz.
