Description: STATE FAIR, Souvenir Program, Pre-Broadway Tour, 1995. The musical opened in NYC on 03/27/96 and ran for 110 performance. Inside are rehearsal photos, headshot photos, bios, photos from other Rodgers & Hammerstein musicals, photos from movie versions of State Fair, photos from Theatre Guild productions through the years, Michael Bottari and Ronald Case costume sketches and James Leonard scene sketch. The cast includes John Davidson, Kathryn Crosby, Andrea McArdle, Donna McKechnie, Scott Wise, Ben Wright, Jackie Angelescu, Peter Benson, J. Lee Flynn, Darrian C Ford, Newton R. Gilchrist, Charles Goff, Jacquiline Rohrbacker, John Wilkerson, Kelli Barclay, Leslie Bell, Michael Cone, Linnea Dakin, SuEllen Estey, Amy Gage, Susan Haefiner, Tina Johnson, Ian Knauer, Julie Lira, James Patterson, John Scott, Michael Lee Scott, Mary Sheehan, John Wilkerson and Scott Willis. Music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein and book by Tom Briggs and Louis Mattioli (based on the screenplay by Oscar Hammerstein and the novel by Phil Stong). Co-Directed by James Hammerstein and Randy Skinner and choreographed by Randy Skinner. The program is complete. This is NOT a reproduction!! Good means just that: desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade. Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders. Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear. All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition. IMAGES: I use a digital camera so the entire piece is visible.
