The tour opened on 11/07/89 in Cincinnati, OH and played 28 cities before closing on 04/12/91. The front features a production photo; title; author credit and some production credits. The back contains background on the show; critics' quotes; performance dates; performance schedule; ticket schedule and theatre credit. Music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, lyrics by Richard Stilgoe and book by Richard Seff (based on a story by Leonard Starr). Directed and choreographed by Arlene Phillips. Condition is near excellent with minor wear.Heralds are advertising flyers that are placed at theatres and sometimes included in Playbills and programs. Sizes vary but most of the older ones are 6 x 9 1/2 inches.This is NOT a reproduction!! CONDITION: I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality: Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor. Good means just that: desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade. Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders. Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear. All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition. IMAGES: I use a digital camera so the entire piece is visible.
