It is a very colorful pendant with an ocean blue like background with a little starfish front and center. There is also a little glitter inside this half globed glass to give it a little sparkle. The only conditional issues we can see is light surface scratching under magnification. The item is small and measures approximately 1.25" long x .75" wide. This item is new but without tags. We had purchased quite a few blown glass pendants awhile back. While they are not tagged, we will be happy to provide a plain gift box for this item.
